Time’s Ticking

Time seems to be moving entirely too fast. Time, that thing I never have enough of. That thing I NEED more of! I have 4 1/2 weeks left in the Bodybuilding.com/Optimum Nutrition Transformation Challenge. To some this may sound like a lot of time, but not when it comes to losing weight and changing your body. In the 7 1/2 weeks I’ve completely, there have been some noticeable changes. But I don’t think they are enough changes. At least (in my opinion) enough to actually win the competition. I’m not being negative, just realistic. I’m up against about 3000 others and some are making some massive, incredible changes.

This certainly isn’t to say I’m giving up. Far from it! It just makes me more determined to make as many changes as possible in the time I have left in this comp. I still have the Max Muscle Challenge which last until June. NOW that I believe I have a real shot at winning. Besides that, I have bigger and better plans for all of this hard work.

I have to be more focused and more determined. I’m going to do some tweaking to my meal plan (probably cut some carbs) and I’m going to bust my ass in the gym even more than I have been. I definitely have to up the cardio which I’ve been a little lax with the last couple weeks.
