Welcome to FatLossBestTips.com. My name is Kait, the main author of this fitness blog.  Three years ago, at 240 lbs., I committed to improving my health. Today, I’ve almost reached my goal weight of 125 lbs. Through this site, I hope to help as many people as humanly possible reach their health and fitness goals by sharing information about diets, emotional eating, fitness, nutrition, cooking, and much more. I hope to teach you about a variety of health & fitness topics and provide motivation and support to everyone who needs it. Fat loss is not easy and, unfortunately, there are no magic wands or magical pills that will do it for you overnight.  Getting healthy and staying healthy takes a lifetime commitment to achieve and maintain.
